Mr. Chin Jit Pyng, widely known as JP Chin, is the founder of Silverlake Innovation Partners (SIP), which he built into one of Malaysia’s most successful systems integration technology companies. He now serves in an advisory role within the company. Beyond his contributions to the tech industry, JP is a well-known figure in Malaysia’s motoring and motorsports scene, with a lifelong passion that began with jet-ski racing and eventually evolved into auto racing. His team, G-1 Racing, achieved multiple victories in prestigious events such as the Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race, Asian Touring Car Series, and Malaysia Super Car Series. He also pioneered the concept of Racing for Charity, raising over RM500,000 for causes including UTAR College, MAKNA, and the Women’s Aid Organisation.
JP Chin’s contributions go beyond racing—he has played a significant role in positioning Malaysia as a motorsports destination through community-driven events like the Berjaya Hills Time Challenge, JPM Journey Through Time, and Supercar Superdrives. His most notable achievement was securing the Malaysia rights for the Japan Super GT, drawing a record 80,000 visitors in 2012 and earning praise from Japan GT Racing Teams as the best-organized international round. Over three years, he invested over RM25 million into the events, a portion of which directly benefited the Malaysian government. Today, JP continues to contribute to the motoring world through the JPM Collection—Malaysia’s largest private car collection with over 100 hypercars and iconic vehicles, housed in a private museum aimed at sharing his passion with the public and elevating Malaysia’s presence in the global automotive community.
Dato’ Chin Tzer Jinn (TJ) has a long-standing relationship with Silverlake Innovation Partners (SIP), beginning in 2007 when he joined the company to support a sudden spike in workload. With his father’s retirement, TJ stepped up as Chief Executive and now leads SIP, while also serving as a Director of both SIP and PLC. SIP, a key player within the Silverlake Group of Companies, focuses on implementing core financial systems for institutions such as KWSP, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, MBSB Bank, and Bank Rakyat. Beyond traditional banking systems, TJ has also explored emerging and disruptive technologies through ventures like the ForestONE Community reward program.
Outside the corporate world, TJ has a strong passion for motorsports. He previously raced professionally, representing Malaysia in the F4 Formula BMW Asia Championship, and clinched victory at the 2003 Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race. His motorsport journey continued as an organizer of prestigious events including the Japan SuperGT Sepang, Berjaya Hill Time Challenge, and Summernats Malaysia. As CEO of Team JPMoto Malaysia, he also led the team’s participation in the World MotoGP Championship, competing on international circuits. TJ holds a degree in Accounts and Finance from the University of Manchester.
Mr. Goh Peng Ooi is a visionary leader and pioneer in AI and digital technologies, particularly within the banking and financial sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Tokyo, awarded under the prestigious Monbusho scholarship. His professional journey began at IBM Malaysia, where he held senior roles including Marketing Manager for Banking and Finance, before founding the Silverlake Group in 1989. Under his leadership, Silverlake quickly rose to prominence as a regional leader in universal banking solutions for major financial institutions.
Goh Peng Ooi’s groundbreaking work in Category Theory led to the development of the Sigma Scheme, a revolutionary framework offering a new perspective on Time-Space. This innovation became the foundation for Sigma Excellence Insights, a high-tech enterprise group rooted in the philosophy of “Symmetry at Work.” Through this work, he continues to drive progress in deep tech and emerging technologies, significantly reshaping the ASEAN banking technology landscape and beyond.
Ms. Goh Shiou Ling began her career at Cornerstone Research, a U.S.-based economic consulting firm, where she specialized in analyzing complex litigation cases involving market manipulation in the Financial Services, Energy, and Commodities sectors. Her work included evaluating investment decisions related to foreign tax, auction rate securities, and mortgage-backed securities, often supporting expert testimony for high-profile cases involving agencies such as the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.
After spending 12 years in the U.S., she returned to Malaysia in 2014 and joined Silverlake Private Entities, where she focused on evaluating investment opportunities and leading corporate initiatives aimed at growth and value creation. A Duke University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics (Dean’s List, 2010), Ms. Goh has also served as a Non-Executive Director for several privately held companies, although she currently holds no directorships in listed entities.
Mr. Goh Jing Kun is a Decision Scientist at Apple in San Francisco, where he applies advanced analytics and economic modeling to guide impactful product and policy decisions. A graduate of Duke University with a background in Economics and Mathematics, he combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving. Before joining Apple, he spent over three years at Cornerstone Research, providing data-driven insights in high-stakes antitrust and litigation cases, and also held a role at Accenture, focusing on enterprise technology solutions in both the U.S. and Malaysia.
Beyond his professional work, Jing Kun is deeply passionate about the outdoors. He has led backcountry expeditions, managed climbing programs, and brings this same exploratory mindset to his work in data science. In his free time, he enjoys mountaineering, music, and building tools that connect data with meaningful, real-world decisions.
Mr. Chin Tzer Shyang (TS) is a dynamic professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, who transitioned into the IT and training sector to pursue a deeper purpose—developing talents and giving back to society. While supporting Professional Leading Career (PLC) in its operations and training initiatives, TS also gained hands-on experience in systems engineering, project management, marketing, and solution architecture, including a five-year stint as a Solution Architect at Silverlake Innovation Partners. His growing expertise is backed by certifications in Project Management (PMI), LATiH (HRDF), and ongoing training under the Epitome Coach program.
TS believes in guiding individuals to discover their own direction, rather than prescribing a fixed path. This approach, while more demanding, fosters genuine self-awareness and long-term personal growth. He champions the idea that everyone must find the methodology that fits them best—a philosophy captured in his mantra: “Find your fit.” With experience in team building, cybersecurity awareness, and blockchain training, TS is committed to preparing future talents with the mindset and tools needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Mr. Nordin Saisi began his career at IBM Malaysia in 1986 as a Marketing Trainee, managing key accounts in the financial sector. His career took a pivotal turn in 1993 when he was hired as a consultant by one of his banking clients to lead a customer-centric transformation initiative. His work addressed change across multiple dimensions—human behavior, branding, internal processes, and IT infrastructure—earning recognition from both the bank and its customers. This success propelled him into the entrepreneurial world, where he co-founded isMETA Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia’s early community-based digital platforms, which was later acquired by Indian investors.
Over the years, Nordin has embraced various leadership roles, including CEO of Telco&Post Bhd, COO of KLEX Sdn Bhd, and Independent Consultant across East Africa, where he advised ministries and technology parks in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. Today, he serves as Director of Sales & Marketing, managing client relationships and leading system implementations for Silverlake’s core banking solutions with major clients such as KWSP, Affin Bank, and Bank Islam. Known for his versatility, cross-cultural experience, and strong communication skills, he is also a sought-after public speaker on topics like customer service, transformation, and organizational culture.
Mr. Ang Poo Lin is a seasoned IT architect with over 33 years of experience in Information Technology and system engineering, specializing in designing end-to-end integrated systems tailored to client needs. With expertise spanning management consulting, system integration, application development, and system assurance, he has played a key role in implementing real-time retail banking systems across Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand. At IBM, his leadership in the 1980s and 1990s helped establish the company as a regional leader in banking and complex system integration services. His work has driven digital transformation across sectors including banking, telecommunications, and government privatization, enabling productivity gains and customer-focused innovation.
Driven by a deep belief in continuous learning and the imaginative use of technology, Poo Lin is passionate about using IT to improve decision-making and business outcomes. He was recognized with a Special Award by IBM Malaysia for developing a strategic skill-building model for IT professionals—demonstrating his commitment to talent development and sustainable growth in the tech industry. Poo Lin holds a First-Class Honours degree in Economics, majoring in Business Administration, from the University of Malaya.
